Acoustic Enclosures

Made up of acoustic panels that are either of a bolted construction or in one piece that can fit over each corresponding unit.
Standard galvanised finish.
A range of alternative materials can be used including stainless steel, plastic coated steel and mild steel.
A range of finishes can also be used including powder coating and various wet paint systems.
Designed and supplied to suit client’s requirements with 2D CAD drawings.
Full installation package available.

Acoustic Louvres

Acoustic louvres reduce sound transmission and usually installed into plant walls and even front or rear of buildings. The units are weatherproofed & complete with bird mesh backing. Each louvre is a bespoke unit and can be tailor made to our client’s specifications which can include a stainless-steel finish, powder coated to any RAL and plastic steel coat. Designed using CAD software we can produce 2D and 3D drawings and offer a full installation option where our project manager will see the project through from design to handover.

Acoustic Panels

For positioning around noisy machinery, these are made up of sheet metal channels lined with high density sound absorbent material.

Silencers - Removable Podded Rectangular

Constructed from galvanised steel.
Designed specifically for kitchen extract systems where laden grease provides a fire risk within the ventilation system.
The unit comes with a removable panel to allow the internal pods to be removed for cleaning or replacing.
The internal mineral wool is Melinex lined to adhere to DW172.

Silencers - Rectangular

Constructed with a galvanised outer casing
100mm wide side liners & 200mm wide centre splitters packed with sound absorbing mineral wool.
Splitter’s has a ‘V' nose fairing at one end to deflect the air flow in order to give maximum performance.
30mm mezz flanges come as standard, unless otherwise requested.
Melinex Lining can be added as an optional extra in kitchen extract or moist laden air.
A range of finishes from galvanised steel, stainless steel or powder coated to specified RAL are available.

Silencers - Circular

For Installation in air conditioning or ventilation ducts.
Standard sizes are from 350 diameter to 1250 diameter.
Standard lengths are from 600 to 3000 with 300 increments.
Bespoke sizes available on request.
End Faces are threaded nuts bushes to match flange detail.
End Face with spigot to fit direct to spiral flex.
Melinex lining if required for kitchen extract or hospitals.

Silencers - Circular with Access Door

Designed specifically for kitchen ventilation systems, these units can be cleaned through the removable access panel.
The mineral rockwool is Melinex lined to adhere to DW17.
Standard sizes are from 350 diameter to 1250 diameter.
Standard lengths are from 600 to 3000 with 300 increments.

Silencers from 100 dia to 315 dia are particularly suitable for terminal equipment or crosstalk applications

Silencers - Bend

Constructed the same way as the rectangular silencer but includes a 90-degree turn.

Silencers - Drop-In

This range of silencers are for roof extract & input units. They are manufactured the same way as the rectangular silencers but have a 75-100mm wide metal flange which sit on the roof kerb to allow for easy installation.
